The Invitation-Only Gathering of Senior eCommerce, Digital Marketing and CX Leaders In Travel
Digital Travel Connect is the invitation-only gathering of senior leaders in eCommerce, Digital Marketing and CX from across the travel industry. Through VIP, closed-door sessions featuring industry titans, combined with pre-qualified 1-2-1 meetings with hand-picked solution providers, our delegates and sponsors experienced the most interactive, white-glove experience to date.
In the two-day event in May, we brought 70 carefully selected delegates together at luxury spa and resort Sopwell House to soak up the Great British Countryside (this time with a tropical twist)! We hosted 24 engaging sessions, encouraging benchmarking and learning from these senior peers. With 8 stand-alone pre-arranged networking slots, our delegates took part in 86 pre-qualified 30-minute meetings – add to these the other networking experiences from our Tropical Networking Bingo to our Tropical Paradise Drinks Reception & Dinner, and you have the perfect opportunity to mingle with the industry’s best and brightest.
Our senior attendees represented some of the biggest, best, and most innovative travel brands, including (but by no means limited to):
Lufthansa Group, Minor Hotels, LNER, Virgin Atlantic, Hyatt, Best Western Hotels Group GB, EasyJet, Accor, Marriott, Singapore Airlines, Booking.com, British Airways, Contiki, IHG Hotels & Resorts, Kempinski Hotels, Heathrow Airport
The audience breakdown at Digital Travel Connect read as follows:

What are the investment priorities for our audience of Travel Leaders?
The delegates for Digital Travel Connect are hand-picked for a reason – all were the top decision-makers and budget holders for their respective brands actively seeking new solutions. 67% of our delegates’ brands have an annual revenue of £500 million or above. Each attendee has a minimum personal budget of at least £500,000, with 57% having a personal budget of £5million.
Our team of delegate liaisons profile our audience extensively to ensure that each has a truly personalised experience from beginning to end, meeting solution providers that are relevant to their immediate and long-term needs – and for our sponsors, that means meeting with pre-qualified active buyers and having a detailed understanding of where you can deliver results for prospective clients.
Here is a peek at the key solutions our audience were looking to invest in within the next 12 months:
An Unrivalled Speaker Faculty
Under Chatham House Rule, our roster of industry leaders took the stage to share insights, results and aspirations with their peers, all with layers of interactivity not found elsewhere.
Our packed agenda of 24 sessions covered pressing industry topics, from establishing a brand’s value proposition in a “sea of sameness” to expanding loyalty offerings beyond points and stamps and, of course, the impact of generative AI as it continues to unfold (more to be revealed at Digital Travel Summit this November – lots of case studies, so don’t miss us then!).
We experienced groundbreaking discussions with some of the best industry leaders in May, including:
- Oliver Krüger, Group Chief Marketing Officer, Lufthansa
- Andrew Watson, Vice President - Marketing, Brand & Digital – EMEA, Marriott
- Annabelle Cordelli, SVP Global Marketing, Virgin Atlantic
- Ganna Koval, Global Loyalty, CRM & Promotions Director, Minor Hotels
- Julia Kronberg, Group Marketing & Acquisition Manager, Stena Line
