Previously to his role as Executive Managing Director of Resources at NH Hotel Gorup, Rufino lead the commercial strategy and disciplines for NHHotel Group globally, making him accountable for a team of 800 and revenues of€1,600M. Having successfully implemented strategies resulting in a 3%rise in revenue in 2014, Rufino is currently pioneering a five-year plan forthe NH brands with a new vision, which aims to ensure that consumers always askif there is an NH Hotel at their destination when travelling for business orleisure.  Rufino has a vision to maintain a mutually beneficial relationship with OTAs and believes that openness and transparency is key inachieving this.
